Return Policy: 

All sales are final. If your piece is incorrect, has a defect, or if you have any issues with your item please contact us at info@tonilynnjewelry.com right away. We will do our best to make it right by correcting the defect or providing an exchange. To initiate an exchange you have  five (5) days from when you receive the item to notify us at info@tonilynnjewelry.com. With custom pieces, all sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been mishandled. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@tonilynnjewelry.com.

Exchange Policy: 

If you would like to exchange a non custom item, please contact us at info@tonilynnjewelry.com within five (5) days of receiving your order. We will issue you a store credit. All items must be returned unworn and in the packaging you received it in. You must ship the item you wish to exchange back within five (5) days of receiving your return label from us. We do not offer original shipping fees as store credit. The order must be sent back using Toni Lynn Jewelry shipping services, we are not responsible for lost packages sent back using other shipping services.

 Jewelry Care: 

Our jewelry is made to be worn and withstand normal wear and tear, but it requires some love to maintain its look. You should protect your pieces from impact, extreme temperatures, perfume, and other cosmetics and cleaning supplies. The best way to clean your jewelry at home is to put a few drops of detergent free soap in warm water and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then use a very soft toothbrush to lightly scrub any excess dirt and rinse. Once finished, pat dry with a soft cloth. We recommend storing your jewelry separately to avoid scratching or damage.
